The f’Organic ™ diet is here!

Buy organic, do right, lose a few pounds:

Organic as an option

As many of us know, the price of organic food and clothing is more expensive in comparison to other options. Of course this will change as demand continues to increase, eventually providing affordable, healthier choices for all consumers and producers. Let’s speed up this process!

Since the holidays have been very good to us we are all feeling the extra layer of stuffing around the middle. This is quite alright if we were preparing for hefty winter chores and athletic adventures. But alas, we are not.

In an effort to promote agriculture for good health within all communities we will use our very tight food budget and choose as much organic type food as fits in our budget. We will serve smaller portions at each meal, reducing bit by bit until they reach appropriate size once again. This won’t take long and here is how we are going to do it.

Quality over quantity will be our focus. Through the challenges of cravings left untouched it will bring a heightened since of appreciation. Each bite into that apple, or piece of cheese or that steak off the grill will take us through the process which brought this food in front of us. We will taste the appreciation!

ciao,

Isadora
